Hey fellow SEO peeps! I've been digging into something interesting lately, and I thought I'd share it here because you all know the drill when it comes to data. So, have you ever wondered if ranking higher on Google automatically means getting mentioned in those AI overview articles? I mean, it makes sense, right? If your site is at the top of Google, it's likely a go-to resource for many topics… or so we think! Well, to put that theory to the test, I decided to gather one million keywords that trigger AI Overviews and extracted the top three links mentioned in those articles. That's 1.9 million citation links in my database! Crazy, right? I then analyzed the relationship between Google rankings and mentions within these AI overviews. The results were… surprisingly insightful! However, I can't spill all the beans here (gotta keep some secrets for my next post), but I must say, it was a real eye-opener! So, what do you guys think? Does ranking higher on Google really guarantee being mentioned in AI overviews? Or is there more to the story? Let's discuss!

Hey there folks! Just found some super interesting stuff abt Google ranking and AI. Turns out, machine learning algorithms like BERT are game changers. They understand context better, enhancing the quality of search results. However, don't forget abt on-page optimization - content relevance, meta tags, and site structure still matter a lot! Keep an eye on Core Web Vitals too, Google gonna roll out ranking changes for that soon.
