ime pretty sure ga is just modeling everything now anyway. hard to justify spend when you can't even see the path from search to conversion anymore.

Had a client with a massive e-commerce site where GA4 basically became useless for tracking organic lift last month. I'm just seeing huge spikes in direct traffic that clearly come from people reading the AI snippets and then typing the brand name manually. **It's pure guesswork at this point
