i stopped relying on semrush for keyword gaps months ago. it's always too broad and pulls in garbage junk terms that don't matter. instead i just pull the logs from a client's site search feature to see what people are actually typing into their own bars. if they're searching for something specific and not finding a page, that's your next content target. it beats guessing based on what some bot thinks is relevant. im seeing way more conversions by targeting these high-intent fragments. turns out users know exactly what they want better than any competitor analysis tool ever could.
