really tired of seeing this whole answer engine optimization thing being pushed. saw some stats about ai overview appearing in 16% of desktop searches but honestly it feels like a lot of hype for my plumber client. hard to see how i'd even track if we're actually being cited by perplexity or chatgpt without more tools.
