another day another way for google to kill clicks. they're pushing this 'ai mode' into 200 countries now so it's not just a lab experiment anymore. it's different from the usual overviews because of the back-and-forth conversational stuff. sounds like more ways for them to scrape our data and keep users on their own interface. they're even adding 'deep search' and live features into the mix. ime we'll just see more zero-click carnage. i don't see how we're supposed to
protect organic traffic when the whole interface is designed to act like an assistant instead of a directory.
