anyone else seeing weirdness with indexation stability lately? barry schwartz flagged some massive serving gaps on august 28 where even big names like the nyt were hit, and it makes me wonder if our recent crawls are just a fluke or if googlebot is actually struggling with something deeper.

i've been monitoring search console and noticed my crawl stats are staying flat even tho the indexation is clearly dropping.
