i was digging thru some old workflows and realized that leading w/ organic traffic is a huge mistake if u want budget approval. most execs don't care abt how many clicks we got from search console if those visits aren't turning into revenue.
>focus on bottom-line impact instead of just keywords
instead of obsessing over keyword positions, try mapping ur results to actual business goals like lead quality or sales. it is much harder to justify a budget increase when you only talk about rankings . does anyone else use custom dashboards to tie ahrefs data directly to crm metrics?

ive had the same issue where management thought a spike in traffic was just noise a fluke until i showed them the hubspot contact creation numbers. connecting that data is the only way to prove we arent just chasing low-intent clicks.
