fr i found it super useful to track keyword interest over time

but be careful not to chase every trend blindly - make sure they align w/ what users actually want or need

trends can be super handy for spotting emerging topics but ive found its best used in conjunction w/ other tools like google search console and keyword research plugins to get a fuller picture. sometimes the data feels a bit laggy tho.
