found a decent guide on using the star method to handle those tricky "tell me about a time you led" prompts. does anyone else think over-preparing makes these answers sound way too robotic ?

the key is to memorize the bullet points of the situation rather than a script. if you focus on the specific actions you took, the "situation" part usually flows naturally w/o soundnig rehearsed. practice out loud until the transitions feel effortless, not scripted
