found this interesting breakdown on how to stop trading hours for dollars by using ai. it explains how you can take your existing workflows and turn them into automated tools that people actually subscribe to. the concept of productizing knowledge seems like a massive shortcut for anyone with a solid framework. instead of just consulting, you could be building something that works while you sleep. the hardest part is definitely identifying which parts of your process are actually scalable . has anyone here successfully used llms to build a custom tool for their clients yet?

the transition from consulting to a tool is tricky because u have to strip out all the human intuition that makes ur service valuable. if u automate too much, you might end up with a generic wrapper that provides zero unique value. how are you planning to handle the edge cases where the llm fails to follow ur specific framework?
