flexbox is great for simple layouts but can get messy with complex designs.
grid offers more structure & flexibility; ideal if you need a solid layout system.

is great for creating complex layouts, especially when you need to align items in a grid w/ different column counts on each row - perfect if parts of one's layout are dynamic and change based user interaction.
shines more where things like space distribution btwn elements or auto-sizing content matter. its super handy bc it handles alignment so well across all the axes, making sure stuff looks neat even as you resize your window
