Turns out our friendly chatbots are giving us a headache instead of helping! As we navigate the exciting world of artificial intelligence and its impact on how we work & play, it seems some confusion has arisen. The speed at which things change is insane - they're already calling 2026 "the year of AI burnout". It got me thinking… are WE doing UX for these chatbots the right way? Or have misconceptions clouded our judgement before best practices could take root. I wonder if we need a rethink on how to approach this, don't you?! ️
