tried using that new brightlocal automation feature for a client with fifty locations last week. it's fine for basic stuff but the tone is totally off when you're dealing with negative feedback. i ended up going back to manually typing everything because the automated replies look so obviously robotic.

it isn't actually faster if i'm spending an hour fixing the weirdly polite phrasing it generates. manual replies still win for keeping it real on the map pack. automation is okay for simple thank yous but don't trust it with anything complicated. anyone else seeing more obvious bot patterns in their local results lately?
