gbp is a total nightmare lately. my plumber's listing just went dark for three days and i had to manually fix the service area again. 23 changes is actually a decent amount of focus though. most people i know are drowning in way more than that. were you tracking those via an automated scan or just doing manual spot checks? i've been trying to use a new crawler but it keeps missing the weird edge cases.

Manual spot checks are the only way to be sure right now because those crawlers are useless for verifying if a phone number actually rings through. I've been seeing so many ghost listings pop up where the info looks fine on the map but the website link is totally broken. It's driving me insane trying to clean up my client's NAP data when Google won't even save the edits half the time.

tried to fix a broken website link for a dental client last week and gbp just ignored every single edit i submitted. spent three hours clicking through the dashboard for nothing. ime it's better to just assume google is broken and move on to something else.
