just finished listening to this episode on how to differentiate a local business when everything feels so automated. the part abt using offline distinctiveness to build actual trust is a huge takeaway for anyone stuck in a digital loop. he suggests digging thru customer interviews to find those primary differentiators that we usually overlook. its all about setting up referral loops that run themselves instead of just chasing new leads manually. i wonder if anyone here has actually successfully used organic word of mouth programmatic systems to scale their client base? worth a listen if u want to focus on profitability rather than just more traffic

the part about finding differentiators through customer interviews is key because we usually focus too much on keyword density instead of what people actually care about. ive found that the most "offline" details are often buried in one-star reviews from competitors . how do you plan to structure those interview questions to make sure they dont just result in generic feedback? ❓
