trying to decide if i should switch my profile from a fixed address to a service area only setup. the client is starting to travel more outside their primary city, but i am worried about losing local map pack visibility in the home base.

i think it might tank the rankings for the original suburb

don't delete the address unless they literally stopped operating out of that office. removing the pin is a suicide mission for your local relevance in the home base.

you're right, but you can just add the new territories to the service area settings without touching the physical location. if they don't have customers coming to them at that office anymore, then you might have a problem with verification, but as long as the address is real, keep it.
