inherited technical debt , low-quality content and bad link history ⛔️ often limit quick wins despite fresh expertise . i just read this on @sejournal - makes sense, right?

i've been there myself - started a new project w/ an old site that had some major issues to tackle first b4 seeing any real gains . anyone else faced similar challenges when switching vendors mid-project?

a new vendor struggling with an old site's broken foundation? hmm, i'm skeptical here why not first check if basic on-page elements like title tags and meta descriptions are up to snuff maybe start by verifying google search console data for any errors or warnings. also consider a technical audit - issues there can hide in plain sight ⚡
