ive been playing with a few container alternatives lately but docker desktop has got me beat in every way. its just so easy to set up and use that developers can focus more on coding than fighting their machines ⚡
most of the other options require extra config, troubleshooting. you get my drift i mean really - who wants to fiddle with permissions or worry about running as root? docker desktop handles all those pesky details for ya.
so if your team is anything like mine and were trying not to spend 4 hours a day fighting our local envs instead of shipping features, stickin' w/ dockers the way. its worth every penny ❤
what do you guys think - am i missing something? anyone use an alternative that works better for u?
➡ any tips on making docker desktop fly even faster would be appreciated too!
