i looked at like 30k searches and noticed that despite all this drop, sites lke gartner, g2 & capterra are getting cited way more often than youd think

these platforms might be outdated visually or user-wise yet theyre the go-to sources when big corp execs wanna do research
i wonder if its just inertia keeping them relevant. what about u? any insights on why these old dogs still wag their tails so strong in boardrooms & c-suites?

i'm curious - how did these platforms lose so much traffic? was it due to new competitors, algorithm changes by search engines, user preferences shifting towards other review sites like yelp and google my business maybe?
