Guess what I found today? Blake Lundquist's cool tutorial on crafting that slick "moving-highlight" navigation bar using plain JavaScript and CSS! First, we've got an old school method using the `getBoundingClientRect` technique. Basically, when you click on those navigation items, it animates the border like a boss! Then, there's this new kid on the block - the View Transition API. It does the same dance as our first method but with a modern twist! What do y'all think?
