when it comes to layout in css -
flexbox is great for one-dimensional layouts (rows or columns) w/ simpler needs while
grid
offers more control and efficiency when dealingwith multi-directional content. if u need smth straightforward, go flex; but for complex designs that span multiple axes, grid wins hands down
