finally seeing response rates for surveys side-by-side with cta click rates in crazy egg. it's about time they stopped just showing volume and actually let us compare the engagement percentages. i'm still not sure if comparing survey responses to cta conversions is even
fair comparison since the friction levels are so different. does anyone actually use these overlay widgets without tanking their bounce rate?
