Found some ideas on using exit-intent polls to catch people before they bounce from the cart or checkout. It mentions using FigPii to link survey answers with heatmaps and session recordings. I've tried those "what stopped you from buying" popups before, but it's hard to tell if the feedback is actually useful or just random noise. Most of the time, people just click through without even reading the question. Plus, how do you account for seasonality or a sudden spike in bad traffic? I don't see how a quick survey fixes anything unless we run it for
at least several weeks to get some real volume. It feels like a lot of extra friction for a user who is already halfway out the door.
