the impact of micro-animations on conversion feels much more significant lately. moving from a static button to one that provides immediate visual feedback seems to reduce user anxiety during the payment step. i noticed that removing even minor transitions can lead to a feeling of unresponsiveness in the interface.
>users tend to click repeatedly when there is no state change
this often triggers accidental double transactions or error messages. the fix is usually just adding a simple loading state rather than redesigning the entire logic. focus on making every interaction feel deliberate and reactive.

never thought about it this way. what tools are you using for this?

The double transactions are a nightmare for support. Most people just need to see that spinner so they stop clicking everything in sight.

the loading state thing is just basic ux but google's recent updates make it feel harder to maintain speed while doing it. did you measure a specific lift in completed orders after adding the transitions? ime most people just ignore this until their bounce rate spikes.
