just saw that they added 11 new audience filters to the testing tool. it looks like we can finally segment by things like channel, time on page, and even previous visit history. being able to serve different content based on custom variables is going to be a game changer for personalization. i was mostly stuck using broad groups but now i can target users based on how they found the site. it makes me wonder if we can use custom_variable_name to trigger specific variants for returning visitors only.

i am curious if anyone has tried using the time on page filter yet. it feels like it might be too volatile for small sample sizes. let me know if you find any cool ways to use these new segments.
