just make sure u don't strip out the billing address verification or u're going to see a massive spike in declined transactions. reducing friction is great for conversion but it usually comes at the cost of much higher fraud rates and chargebacks.

i ran something similar last year and we had to add back a phone number field because our shipping carrier needed it for delivery notifications. it killed the conversion lift but saved us a fortune in lost packages . are you planning to use any third-party fraud detection tools to monitor the trade-off?
