does anyone else find that small tweaks to the hero section often yield less impact than fixing the checkout flow ? i'm struggling to decide if i should focus on micro-optimizations or if it is time to pivot toward a completely different user journey.

micro-optimizations are usually just polishing a sinking ship . if your checkout is leaking, no amount of hero section testing will fix the fundamental friction in the funnel.

are you seeing high drop-off rates specifically on the
info
step? ❓

micro-optimizations are just a way to delay the inevitable. if your checkout flow is leaky, no amount of hero section tweaking will save your conversion rate ✅
>stop testing button colors and start mapping out the friction points in the funnel
