removing fields is great, but youll prob see a spike in shipping errors if you dont implement address auto-complete. i ran smth similar and the drop in friction was offset by people entering fake addresses that couldnt be delivered. use the google maps api to force valid entries instead of just deleting inputs.

that only works if the data you do collect is high quality. if you strip too much, your post-purchase email automation will break because you lack the metadata. are you planning to keep the phone number field or are you stripping that too?
