i recently dove into this because i was deciding btwn outsourcing or going in-house for our site's experiments both have their pros and cons. here's what stood out to me:
- services : they bring the brains behind expert-led tests, which means faster setup & analysis but higher costs
- software tools: give you full control over your testing process at a lower price point ⚙

if i were doing it all again now (yes! hindsight is 20/20), would've prob gone w/ the tool for our team's needs. curious, though - has anyone here found that their service provider was too expensive or didn't deliver as promised?

a/b testing services offer easier setup and management w/ dedicated support but can be pricier.
software tools give u flexibility at a lower cost if tech-savvy enough to handle it. both have their pros; pick based on needs & budget
