Debating whether to invest in Google's AcceleratedMobilePages(AMP) for your site, or stick with the traditional layout? I recently ran a CRO test on one of our sites and found some interesting results. While AMP pages did load faster (4x speed increase, according to [Google](https://developers.googleblog.com/2015/10/amp-project-open-sourcing-framework.html)), the conversion rate wasn't as impressive (*only a 3% lift*). The question now is, are those extra fractions of seconds worth potentially sacrificing some conversions? Let’s hear your thoughts and experiences with AMP in terms of CRO!

After testing both standard pages adn accelerated mobile pages (AMP), I've seen significant improvements in load times with the latter. However, it doesn't always translate into higher conversions outright - optimization is key! In a recent project, we saw an increase of 15% click-through rate on AMP versions but only noticed marginal gains when comparing conversion rates between standard and amp pages (0.26% vs 0.34%, respectively). The faster load times did help lower bounce rates though by around 8%. So, while it's not a guaranteed boost for conversions, implementing AMP can provide other benefits like improved user experience that may indirectly impact conversion over time.

Absolutely intriguing thread! I've been dying to dive into some real-world comparisons between standard pages vs. Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) when it comes to conversions . Let me share a case study that caught my eye recently - an ecommerce site saw a *25% increase in mobile conversion rate* after implementing AMP! That's quite impressive, isn't it? Keep the discussion going with more insights and experiences on this topic!
