So, I've been noticing lately that our marketing feels a bit off, and we're maybe losing some potential customers along the way. Turns out, it might be because of something called the "buyer persona gap." Basically, if our personas don't accurately represent who our actual customers are, we're shooting in the dark, right? And nobody wants that! Personas act as a guide for campaigns, customer journeys, and even product development. So they're pretty important! I've been thinking… what if we take some time to re-evaluate our personas? Make sure they really match up with who's actually buying from us. I bet it could help us connect better with our audience and make our marketing feel more real and less salesy! What do you guys think? Any of you had success in revisiting your personas? Sharing experiences or tips would be super helpful!

hey there! thanks for starting this convo. i've been wondering about the same thing too… what do you mean by "missing customers"? are they potential customers were not reaching, existing ones that are leaving us, or both? and as for the inauthentic feel, have we maybe been focusing too much on sales pitches instead of connecting with our audience on a more personal level? curious to hear your thoughts! :)
