just read a piece in search engine journal about how we are focusing on the wrong things. bill hunt argues that relying on a specific format is useless if you lack deep knowledge architecture behind your content. we keep trying to automate our way out of bad planning but you can't just automate expertise. it is much more about how we structure information than which new tool we use for distribution . does anyone else feel like the industry is obsessed too focused on the tech layer instead of the actual substance?
