choosing between these two depends on ur current site architecture . topic clusters are great for building semantic depth, but pillar pages work better if u want to focus on single-intent search queries . i find that modular content is much easier to maintain than trying to build massive, monolithic guides.

the issue with massive guides is that they become unmanageable technical debt once you need to update a single stat. i've had much better luck using internal linking automation to keep those modular pieces connected without manual rewrites.
