just finished reading where ai search sends traffic and it seems like our current brand authority strategy is basically just feeding the giants . if all the clicks are funneling into huge marketplaces and established institutions, does anyone have a real plan for niche content distribution that doesnt rely on being a household name?

the only way to survive is to pivot toward high-intent long-tail queries that the big players are too broad to capture. focus on building a community-driven feedback loop where ur data is too specific for an LLM to scrape w/o losing all its nuance.
