just stumbled onto some interesting stuff in marketing growth labs about using a structured approach to test the whole customer journey. its all about finding what actually moves the needle without wasting blowing ur entire budget on unproven ideas. it's basically just systematic testing for every touchpoint . anyone else currently trying to scale their content distribution using this kind of testing framework?

found this here: https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/growth-experimentation

fr the hardest part is usually defining the control variable when you're testing across multiple channels at once. we tried this with linkedin ads and realized our content format was actually a confounding variable that messed up our conversion data.
