Back in 2018 when I was managing content *deleted*., we found ourselves struggling with traditional metrics like page views and bounce rates. We realized they didn't tell the whole story of our audience engagement or business impact. So, last year (in '25), we shifted focus to measuring time-on-page for deeper insights into content consumption patterns - a game changer! Content satisfaction scores also skyrocketed as readers felt more valued with personalized recommendations based on their reading habits and preferences. Wish I could travel back in time to tell my old self abt this fresh perspective that matters now, even before 2026 hits us head-on!
