client keeps asking to track every single tiny user action as a custom property in hubspot. it's making our syncs completely unusable because we're hitting the limit with useless metadata.

does anyone actually find value in syncing high-frequency click data?

I dealt with a similar mess during a recent site migration and the results were basically noise. I don't see how you can trust those segments without seeing if the lift holds up after at least a two week window.

two weeks is way too long to wait for a signal. i had a client who tried that exact window and we almost missed a massive drop in engagement because the data was lagging so much. you need to see those patterns within forty-eight hours or you're just chasing ghosts. if the clicks aren't showing up immediately, there's no point in even syncing them to hubspot. i'd rather have a smaller, cleaner set of properties that actually mean something instead of waiting for some delayed trend to reveal itself. i've literally lost accounts waiting on slow data
