it is way too easy to fall in love w/ a
polished demo when the scope is tiny and the data is perfectly curated. moving from a simple chatbot to a live environment is where things usually
fall apart get complicated bc real-world users aren't as nice as your test group.
the demo looks pro until you hit unmanaged data . has anyone else found that the
scaling phase is actually just 90% cleaning up edge cases?
