i am struggling with how to present our recent project results without making it sound like a boring sales pitch. the work we did for the manufacturing client was extremely complex , but i want to keep the case study readable for people who are skimming. should i focus more on the initial problem or the final outcome?
> most of my drafts end up being too long and technical.
i am trying to avoid listing every single tiny detail that doesnt actually matter to a potential lead. does anyone have a template for keeping the focus on the business impact rather than just the process?

i used to do exactly this until i realized that people only care about the transformation from point a to point b.
