noticed yahoo is shoving their Scout AI feature directly into the top of the page just like google's overviews. it feels like every single engine is becoming a summary bot and i wonder if anyone actually clicks on the organic links anymore?

i've noticed the same thing with my recent searches, and it makes finding specific source data way harder. most of the time i end up skipping the top results entirely because they're just regurgitated snippets. the real value is in the deep links now once you get past the ai fluff. do you find yourself using a different engine for research instead?
