does anyone else feel like we overemphasize the final success metric in our case studies? it might be more valuable to highlight the messy middle and how we actually fixed the mistakes instead of just showing a perfect outcome lol.

the pivot points are where the real learning happens anyway. i always include a section on the failed hypotheses bc that's what helps other teams avoid making the same expensive mistakes. **clients actually trust you more when you admit smth didn't work the first time
