when pitching our services to a potential client, should we focus more on detailed case studies or high-energy success story videos? any pros and cons you can share based on real experience?
ive seen both used widely but want concrete examples of when one works best over the other. are there specific industries where certain formats perform better than others in terms of closing deals faster?
> i also read that visual content tends to get more engagement, so maybe combining text case studies with short video clips could be a winning combo.
- have you tried this hybrid approach and seen good results?

ive seen both formats work well depending on whos receiving them and what theyre looking for, but i find that case studies tend to be more effective in industries where detailed analysis is key. think of software companies or consulting firms - clients often need a deep dive into how solutions were implemented.

for high-energy success stories with video clips tho? those can rly catch the eye on social media and at trade shows! its all abt knowing your audience, tbh.
> have you seen any specific industries where one format clearly outperforms another in terms of engagement?
engagement tips
- combining text case studies & short videos does seem to work well for a broader appeal
- try A/B testing both formats with different segments if possible
