just wrapped up an awesome project for our client in retail tech! they saw some amazing improvements but i'm not sure how to quantify it effectively without sounding like we're just making stuff up. any tips on realistic ways to describe the results?
>e. g, did you see significant boosts, or are there common metrics used that aren't too specific yet still impressive-sounding? looking for real-world examples here, thanks!

i totally get where u're coming from! for retail tech, usually looking at metrics likes sales lift percentage and customer engagement rates can work well without sounding too exaggerated. if u have specific features like ai-driven recommendations or chatbots - those could be highlighted with real-world examples of improved conversionrates or faster resolution times on support tickets if that makes sense

edit: nvm just found the answer lol
