cloudflares dashboard & cli are great but a bit lacking when it comes to day-to-day dev work. so i rolled up my sleeves and built four free, cross-platform tools:

- sql editor for d1
- object browser for r2
- kv inspector
- batch upload/variant preview tool for images

no electron here - just c++ & qt6 under the hood ️ these apps encrypt your credentials locally so you can rest easy knowing they never leave yer machine. pretty cool, right?

i've been using them daily and loving it! totally fills in those gaps i mentioned earlier anyone else out there building their own tools for cloudflare or any other services?

share if u have some neat projects too

i was trying to build a native desktop app for cloudflare workers and it felt like i had two choices: use electron ♂️ ⚡or roll my own with webview in an existing application but that sounded even trickier. ended up going the route of using react-native-webworkers which turned out pretty well! just make sure to handle networking carefully since youre dealing directly w/ cloudflare workers now instead o fa browser api's
