tried using only shades of grey for a client dashboard today and it's actually not half bad if you get the contrast right. everything looks way more professional when you aren't relying on bright blue buttons to hide your terrible spacing decisions.

it forces you to focus on typography and weight instead of just slapping some pretty gradients everywhere. anyone else think using only one hue makes layouts look less cluttered?
