im so tired of managers acting like we cant just move stuff around if we dont have enough hands. this guy basically says most delays come from waiting on approvals or cross-team handoffs anyway not actual coding time. its such a scam to claim a project is stalled because of execution capacity when the real bottleneck is just
waiting missing decisions and bad processes.
