im looking at this coschedule thing and it actually has mastodon support which is wild since sprout doesnt.

id probably use the kanban boards for the team but those custom request forms sound like a total nightmare if you have too many clients.

the forms are actually fine once u set up some basic automation. i used them for a small agency and it kept everything super organized without any extra work. just gotta spend the time setting up the logic upfront so u dont drown in emails later.
