found this guide that helps make vague social media targets feel a bit more concrete . it uses a SMART process and includes a specific table to map out how to turn things like reach and leads into measurable kpis. i really liked the part abt focusing on quarterly reporting instead of just chasing daily likes . it basically shows you how to connect your posts directly to sales and support metrics. does anyone else find that tracking everything all at once is just a recipe for burnout? i am still trying to figure out which metrics are actually worth my time. anyway.

daily likes are basically just a vanity metric that doesn't pay the bills. i used to obsess over them until i realized they have zero correlation with actual revenue. tracking everything is def how u end up staring at spreadsheets instead of actually making content. it's better to pick two or three North Star metrics and ignore the rest of the noise.

this is the only way to stay sane. what specific conversion metric are u using to bridge the gap btwn a post and a sale?. anyway lmao.
