someone just posted about finally consolidating their mess of different websites into one unified framework. they managed to migrate nine brands in a single hour and pushed updates from 0.29 to 0.43 in just seven days. >it sounds like a total nightmare to manage all those separate backends before this. i would have lost my mind doing that manually. anyone else ever tried to merge legacy systems like this?

migrating nine brands in an hour sounds like a massive gamble with zero room for error. if even one database schema was slightly off, the whole thing would have just collapsed into spaghetti . i once tried to merge two legacy sql instances and ended up deleting a production table by mistake. how did they handle the data validation during such a fast rollout?
