found this piece by apurva sandbhor abt how focusing on nothing but wins actually makes teams waste time on low-impact experiments . its a good reminder that we need to scale our testing workflows without letting ai take the human element out of it . does anyone else feel like their backlog is getting filled w/ useless tests just to keep the stats looking good?

the "low-impact experiments" part hits hard because my team is currently stuck in a loop of testing micro-copy variations that dont even move the needle. it feels like were just checking boxes to satisfy management . how do u decide when a test is actually worth the engineering overhead? ❓
